aFe Control Sway-A-Way 2.5 Front Coilover Kit – Performance Suspension (101-5600-20)
The aFe Control Sway-A-Way 2.5 front coilover kit is a high-performance front suspension upgrade engineered specifically for the 3rd-generation Toyota Tundra. These direct-fit 2.5-inch diameter coilovers are built using the same race-proven engineering and components backed by over 20 years of Sway-A-Way suspension development, delivering controlled performance both on-road and off-road.
Each coilover features an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) design for fade-free damping and is filled with specifically formulated 7-weight fully synthetic shock oil to maintain consistent performance under heat and repeated use. Application-specific damping curves are tuned to provide improved control without sacrificing ride comfort, making them well suited for daily driving, towing, and off-road use. The shocks use a multi-seal carrier to help ensure zero leakage and long-term reliability.
Ride height is fully adjustable using the included spanner wrench, with the kit pre-set to approximately 1.875 inches of lift out of the box. The coilovers are completely adjustable and rebuildable using simple tools, allowing long-term serviceability and tuning flexibility. Strength and durability are supported by 7/8-inch polished nitro steel shafts and COM-10T Teflon-lined steel spherical bearings. The shock bodies feature bright zinc-plated steel cylinders and CNC-machined aluminum components, and the entire system is designed and built in the USA.
This kit is designed as a direct-fit installation and requires no vehicle modifications.
Fitment Note:
Does not fit models equipped with the AVS option. Vehicles with factory self-leveling suspension require rear lift support (PN: 416-72T006-A) to achieve a level stance. Lift height may vary by trim level.
